International Project Solutions
HOCHTIEF — a household name in Germany and a global brand. We are the world's most international construction service provider, with more than 85 percent of lour business outside Germany, and we have been operating globally for more than 100 years.
The International Project Solutions segment is firstly the lynchpin for our biggest European foreign companies in Poland, the Czech Republic and Russia. We rank amongst the biggest construction service providers in these countries. Our building and infrastructure projects provide the basis for sustained growth in Central and Eastern Europe.
PPP

Service Solutions
80 percent of building costs are incurred through operating them, compared to only 20 percent during the planning and construction phase. Our services in the Facility Management and Energy Management segments enable us to cut your operating costs and support you in optimizing your processes. Our Service Solutions range from energy consulting and FM planning, right through to operating buildings and energy contracting. We use our many years of experience and dense network of subsidiaries to provide you with help and advice whenever and wherever you need it.
Procurement
HOCHTIEF spends a large portion of total Group income every year on the procurement of materials and services. To this end, we operate a global procurement network that's present in all the world's major markets. The benefits we gain from this system are passed on to our partners. Purchasing Management at HOCHTIEF Construction is responsible for purchasing subcontractor services and building materials for business units and projects.
